“Communication is key.”

That’s what graphic designer and promotional coordinator Denise Salvano said is the most important thing she’s learned in the nearly 36 years she’s worked at Stonhard.

Stonhard makes floors that protect work environments from chemical attack, impact, abrasion, thermal cycling, along with daily wear and tear.

Salvano said she would recommend Maple Shade to someone looking to open a business there.

“It has a great backbone, long history, community support,” she said.

Salvano said she is a member of the Maple Shade Business Association “representing and supporting our community.”

Having grown up and graduated from Pennsauken, she has lived in Maple Shade for 33 years.

“Spending quality time with my family and friends” is what Salvano says she does in her spare time.
