“Nothing beats a personal referral from a mutual contact,” he said. “It’s truly invaluable.”
Jeff’s business has been around for more than 35 years, with more than 30 years being located in Maple Shade.
So, how did he come to work in his field?
When Jeff graduated from the University of Miami he went to work at 3M, where he says he learned everything there was to know about window tint.
“So my first shop was a ‘tint shop,’” he said.
“As a young guy, I was getting paid to play with cool cars and trucks all day,” Jeff added. “I was living the dream.
“One day a guy asked me if I could cut letters for his I-Rock Z,” he continued “That’s how I got into lettering vehicles and before long I was making signs and the rest is history!”
Jeff said his business thrives on uniqueness.
“Every job is a new experience,” he said. “I learn something new every single day and the advancements to equipment and materials allows us to be more creative than ever before.”
Jeff said he would “absolutely” recommend Maple Shade to someone looking to open a business there.
“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with so many business owners in and around our town,” he said. “I believe we do a fantastic job of supporting one another and that’s a great feeling!”
Jeff also gives high marks to the Maple Shade Business Association.
“I’ve been a member of the MSBA for a long time and I really enjoy the monthly breakfast meetings,” he said. “It’s a great opportunity to socialize with members I might not otherwise cross paths with.”
Jeff said the greatest challenge the Maple Shade Business Association faces is member engagement.
“When I look through the list of MSBA members I’m shocked at how many faces we never see at events or meetings,” he said. “The association is only as strong as its members.
“With greater participation we could grow and do even more to help our community,” Jeff added.
A native of Cinnaminson, Jeff graduated from Cinnaminson High School.
He and Kim live in Marlton with their dog. They’ve lived there for 12 years and raised their four boys there as well.
Jeff said he really enjoys going to car shows and spends a lot of his spare time helping his brother with his used car business.
“When I’m not doing that, I’m either with my wife or my kids,” he said.

“Live your rock-solid values even when no one is watching,” Mike Bollinger said. “Be genuine and work towards earning someone’s trust.”
That is one of the things he has learned in his 27 years in the financial service sector.
Bollinger, now a financial advisor, has been with Edward Jones Investments going on 22 years.
“My first job out of college was as an infantry second lieutenant leading a platoon of men,” he said, noting he served in the army a bit over 20-years. “One of my hobbies while in the service was saving and investing and trying to teach my soldiers to do the same.”
Bollinger said, when it comes to finances, there is something for everyone.
He said he has established educational funding plans for 3 month-old babies and has attended two 100 birthday celebrations for his clients.
“They were not only celebrating life but that they still had money to give to their grandkids,” Bollinger said.
He said Edward Jones Investments has been in the Tall Oaks Corporate Center since the beginning of 1998.
Bollinger said he would “wholeheartedly” recommend Maple Shade to potential business owners.
“It’s a friendly town willing to give even outsiders a chance at success,” he said.
“Business owners form the heart of our entrepreneurial system,” Bollinger added. “They are genuine and usually put their heart and soul into their business and relationships.”
The South Dakota native served in MSBA leadership positions early in his career at Edward Jones and said the biggest challenge to the association is achieving “sustained growth that is meaningful.”
A graduate of West Point Military Academy, Bollinger has lived in Medford since 1993.
In his spare time he enjoys travel, reading, training for triathlons, and being with his family.

“Being honest pays off.”
That from John Nazarethian, president of Naz Auto Repair.
“I attribute our success through the years to running an honest business,” he said. “We will evaluate your concerns and offer you any and all the options before making that decision to fix your car.
“Basically, you must convince us your vehicle is broken,” Nazarethian added. “We will test drive it to confirm all issues: just because the check engine light is on, does not mean you need to spend any money yet.”
He started out as Naz Mobil at Kings Highway. and Lenola Road in 1978. In 1986, he purchased an undeveloped building lot behind the Moorestown Mall between what is now Produce Junction and Jiffy Lube and built a 5000 square-foot professional repair shop.
Naz Auto Repair services and repairs imports, domestic vehicles, along with light and medium duty trucks.
“We also service many local fleets who want that personalized attention to detail that we have become masters of,” Nazarethian said. “Our team of experienced certified technicians provides an alternative to the dealer.”
He said he would highly recommend anyone looking to start or move a business to consider Maple Shade as their destination.
“Our business association is second to none,” Nazarethian said. “The diverse traffic patterns that run through Maple Shade offer something for every business: everything from the foot traffic on Main Street [and] the high volume of Routes 38 and 73.
“It has been a pleasure working with the MSBA,” he added.
Nazarethian said he has been working on vehicles since auto shop at Haddon Township High School, from where he graduated.
He said he has lived in Medford for 32 years and enjoys power boating on his time off.
